Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) has published recruitment notification for filling up various posts of SPM under BRLPS.Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion Society (BRLPS) is implementing Deen Dayal Upadhyay-Gramin Kausal Yojana(DDU-GKY). DDU-GKY aims to create sustainable impact on rural poverty by skilling rural youths (18 to 35 Yrs of age) who are poor and linking them with regular wage employment.In order to achieve the aforesaid objective, BRLPS is inviting applications under Deen Dayal Upadhyay-Gramin Kausal Yojana (DDU-GKY) from interested candidates for the position mentioned below.Eligible Candidates may apply for BRLPS Recruitment 2018 on or before 1st August 2018.

1.SPM -PIA coordination & development
No of Posts: 01 [UR]
Qualification: Post Graduation -MBA/PGDM/Rural Management/Development Studies/Social Work
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in relevant fields like dealing with co-ordination activities at a multi-stakeholder organization, industry engagements, marketing, sales, partner engagements.
- Proven experience of handling multiple projects involving forging linkages with industries, NGOs, State/ Local government.
- Experience in assisting set -up of self-employment initiatives for the skilled youth through incubation
- E-SoP certification in DDU-GKY will be preferred
- State/ National level experience of working in SRLM Skills/ Skills mission/ NSDC will be preferred.
Key Responsibility:
- Support & coordinate with PIAs and resolving PIA issues.
- Preparing PIAs report (both qualitative and quantitative) for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports.
- Identify, classify and define possible and new PIA for engagement with DDU-GKY program
- Manage, monitor, plan and organize meetings/ knowledge sharing activities, learning outcomes
- Build a knowledge base of learning and results.
Salary: 65,400/-
2.SPM-Mobilisation, Counselling & Job Fairs
No of Posts: 01[UR]
Qualification: Post Graduation -MBA/PGDM/Rural Management/Development Studies/Social Work
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in relevant fields like counselling/ social mobilization programs / Job Fairs.
- Should have demonstrable experience in interfacing with multiple stakeholders, monitoring, at various levels
- Prior experience in skilling shall be given preference.
- Experience in assisting set -up of self-employment initiatives for the skilled youth through incubation preferred
- State/National level experience of working in SRLM Skills/ Skills mission/ NSDC will be preferred.
Key Responsibility:
- Developing effective mobilization and counselling strategies for project beneficiaries
- Prepare formats (both qualitative and quantitative) for monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly reports
- Undertake key activities to facilitate student placement through organizing job fairs, building industry partnerships etc.
- Monitor the operation of Migration Support Centres
- Facilitate the overseas placements
Salary: Rs.65,400/-
3.SPM- Pedagogy and Learning Management
No of Posts: 01 [UR]
Qualification: Post Graduation -MBA/PGDM/Rural Management/Development Studies/Social Work
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience relevant field like developing curriculum standards for skill / vocational training, Experience in development of NOS/ curriculum development/ L&D in skill.
- Experience in undertaking quality assurance in training quality management.
- Experience in assessing training quality and trainer quality
- Experience in designing QA standards and protocols
- E-SoP certification in DDU-GKY will be preferred.
- State/National level experience of working in SRLM Skills/ Skills mission/ NSDC will be preferred.
Key Responsibility:
- Assess learning and training quality, methodology, curriculum of PIAs as per the standards and skill assessment frameworks
- Assess and review learning management systems, trainer quality and training related processes
- Review NOS, curriculums, assessments both formative and final based on various methodology (e.g. random samples etc.)
- Assesses learning pedagogy and provide inputs on the improvements Support the State team in terms of standards, curriculum for TVET, certifications, assessments, performance etc.
Salary: Rs. 30000 to 40000
4.SPM- Inspection, QA & Branding
No of Posts: 01 [UR]
Qualification: Post Graduation -MBA/PGDM/Rural Management/Development Studies/Social Work
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years experience in relevant field like monitoring advisories, inspections of multiple partners, Project Performance and Management.
- Experience of working in projects involving designing and implementing Communications framework and creation of knowledge database.
- Quality Assurance/Monitoring in multi-stakeholder ecosystem of skill development project.
- E-SoP certification in DDU-GKY will be preferred
- State/ National level experience of working in SRLM Skills/ Skills mission/ NSDC will be preferred.
Key Responsibility:
- Support the State in project performance assessment and project quality assessment
- Perform inspections as per the norms of the training centres over and above those done by the CTSAs
- Create inspection plans, collate results and support other members in monitoring, quality management, PIA management, assessments, and reviews.
- Monitoring inspection and preparing closure report of inspection conducted.

- Reservation policy of the Government of Bihar will apply for this recruitment.

- Cost to Society (CTS) includes Basic Salary, House Rent Allowance, Project Allowance, Child Education Allowance* for two children & Employee Provident Fund (Employer share).
- Other monetary benefits include Annual Increment at the rate of 5%, Performance pay up to 30% of Annual Basic*, Accidental Insurance*, Medical Insurance cover for self & family, Laptop Purchase Advance/Laptop maintenance allowance, Self-learning allowance, etc.
- Serving State Government Officials are encouraged to apply. Relevant deputation norms/BRLPS policy would be applicable to them.
- Retired Officials from Govt., PSUs and Banks with enough zeal and willingness to work for the cause of the poor may also apply for the suitable positions. Retired government officials applying for various positions should have completed graduation to be considered for selection process.
- Initially contract will be for a period of one year that maybe extended further on the basis of the performance and approval of the Competent Authority and continuance of the DDU-GKY project. The contract would end with the closure of the DDU-GKY project as mentioned above.
